TC GUADALOUPE:

The Sport Against Racism project was realize in Guadeloupe with the implementation of an international training course, taking place from Monday, 19th of January, to Thursday, 22nd of January, marking the first step of this initiative developed under the Erasmus+ Sport programme. During these days, youth workers and educators from different countries come together in a unique setting to learn, share experiences, and strengthen their common commitment: to fight racism, discrimination, and social exclusion by using sport as a tool for change. This launch represents a key moment for the project, as it helps build a strong foundation of learning, cooperation, and collective work among the participating organisations.

The training combines theory and practice through a non-formal education approach, with activities focused on water sports such as surfing, swimming, and paddleboarding, using the sea as a space for connection and meaningful interaction. Throughout the course, participants explore essential topics such as inclusion, diversity, and the creation of safe environments, while also designing workshops and activities that can be applied with young people in real-life settings.

Thanks to this beginning in Guadeloupe, the project starts its journey with energy and determination, delivering a clear message: only through respect, active participation, and unity can we build fairer, more inclusive communities free from racism.

TPM CZECH REPUBLIC:

The last mobility will take place in the Czech Republic and will mark the final phase of the project. This meeting will serve to share the results achieved, evaluate the impact of the activities carried out at local and international level, and present the final Handbook with the collected good practices. It will also be an opportunity to reinforce the long-term sustainability of the project, through the exchange of experiences between partners and the planning of future collaborations. The mobility in the Czech Republic will consolidate the lessons learned and foster a European network committed to social inclusion through sport. elit.
