TC GUADALOUPE:
Youth workers will acquire expertise in methods and strategies to combat racism. The training will focus on the effective use of water sports as a tool to promote inclusion, diversity, and equality.

The training will provide practical tools and specific approaches that workers will be able to apply in their respective youth associations.

By integrating water activities, active participation, and mutual understanding between young people from different ethnic backgrounds will be encouraged.

TPM CZECH REPUBLIC:

The last mobility will take place in the Czech Republic and will mark the final phase of the project. This meeting will serve to share the results achieved, evaluate the impact of the activities carried out at local and international level, and present the final Handbook with the collected good practices. It will also be an opportunity to reinforce the long-term sustainability of the project, through the exchange of experiences between partners and the planning of future collaborations. The mobility in the Czech Republic will consolidate the lessons learned and foster a European network committed to social inclusion through sport.
